We ordered from Crown Pizza from the Holiday Inn Express on Best Road. The delivery was in a reasonable amount of time. The prices are pretty fair. The white pizza with mushrooms and olives was awesome, as well as the Greek salad! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Ripoff. Price different than quoted on the phone. Pizza mediocre.

Ordered a calzone for delivery with some extra sauce and a soda. Got everything within 25 minutes and the hot sauce was amazing! Would definitely order here again!

Been a Loyal customer since The 90's Last week I ordered 40 bucks worth of food Delivery driver came with 10 worth!! Talking about he Forgot and tonight I was missing fries outta a ten peice! And was told Courteously that the ordered would be resent Correctly and just gotta call talking about have you ate your chicken?? Don't eat it!!! There bringing the order back based on wings messed up Bull.S putting me in the Cross 13:31A.M. Geez Slow Down Food Good tho!

There's no way to give half a star which further adds to my irritation. It's been difficult to find someplace that has decent food, so I order from here on a regular. Today my order was short items and after calling to complain and made to feel as if I were lying, I'm still waiting an hour later for the completion of my order. Not to mention the attitude and rudeness given. If you have charged my card and taken your money, the least you can do is provide the service. Last time using this place and suggesting all others do the same.

I eat here SEVERAL times a week. Doesnt look like much but the food is delicious and very affordable. The pizza is really cheap and worth a try. Lasagna and Alfredo also very good. Although its a pizza spot, try the cheeseburgers with fries..

I order a 12 inch Pizza with wings my last night in Atlanta. Pizza came within the 40 mins time frame and the food was good. The wings were lightly breaded which I prefer. The price is very reasonable. Ask the hotel for a menu with coupons

I ordered delivery, i was told it would take 45 to 60 minutes to be delivered, i was only 15 minutes away via car. Then when the food finally gets here an hour and 45 minutes later, they forgot my sandwich on the counter and then took them another 45 minutes to bring that. The food was pretty good, but the management there needs some help cause from just this experience it seems they have no idea what they are doing.Reply: Well from reading other reviews similar to mine, it seems that your responses are all the same and lack empathy for the customer or any resolution to your issue. Also if this is been happening for months, it seems that you need to take a look at your business culture, work ethic, and structure because this is where you are lacking.

Ordered at 6:24 got it a little after 9 my fries was hard the delivery driver didn’t even speak no sorry or anything food was cold the wings were good but I’d never order from here again

I ordered pizza and it was wrong 2 times when delivered and then manager promised me to deliver a regular cheese pizza but the driver never showed up. When I called back the manager tells cashier to say has not there. The delivery driver was rude and had horrible communication skills. Sad thing is the Pizza is pretty good if you get your correct order on a timely basis. Kids who are inexperienced in any form of customer service is running the restaurant. She told me "I think your pizza is on the way" lol. How hard is it to check????

it took an hour and almost 30 mins for me to receive my order. the delivery guy was smoking at my door when i open it. bad service

I just ordered from here and i must say i will not eat here again. I had got delivered to my hotel the fries was cold tasted old the bacon on the cheeseburger wasnt even the regular bacon and the sandwich tasted horrible a funny after taste future reference for anyone dont eat here p.s. we ordered Italian cold subs 2 days before and that was nasty the bread was wet and the sandwich was sloppy

We got a 10 inch pizza with three toppings. Their cheese is amazing. They had the pizza ready in like fifteen minutes. It was really delicious

They delivered my order with missing items, told me they would send the rest. I spent 2 hours waiting so I called them, and they hung up on me. The food that arrived initially wasn’t even good.

I was little worried to order from this place but we are glad we did. We had food delivered at a hotel near by. I was told 40 minutes for delivery but it arrived in 30. The food was very hot like it just came out of the kitchen. The fried chicken was amazing! Butter milk batter and corn starch..I think it's the southern style. Very light and crisp. Fries were so so. Got a potato salad instead of Cole slaw. No big deal. Calzone was very good. Veggies were very fresh! Eben the kids spaghetti was decent. Very impressed with this order and the nice delivery man. Thanks!

Fast fresh and friendly environment

Only order if you’re willing to wait. Pizza was average. Ordered for delivery to a nearby hotel and it took over 75 minutes for my pizza to be delivered. Pizza wasn’t very hot. Should’ve listened to the other bad reviews.

06/18/19- ordered wings and the zucchini appetizer to include ranch dressing for both items $25.89. I clarified extra ranch as wel . My order was delivered within the hour and did not have any dressing. I showed the delivery person that it did not have any and that I would not eat wings without it. He stated that the kitchen bags the order and he would bring some back. An hour and a half later I call to speak with the manager and was told he was out delivering flyers to hotel . I stated that i was not satisfied and was told that the delivery driver had taken ranch to bring to me and she would have the manager call me. It is now 25 hours later and no dressing or call however I did see who I would assume the manager dropping off flyers this evening at my hotel and the food is in my fridge still waiting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Pizza tastes good especially the Veggie pizza, however just seems like a very shady place tho. Maybe renovate the place and clean up a bit.

Great pizza but they could use some customer service training. Girly seemed irritated to take my order and then no "Thank you" or "Come again" not even a "Fck You".. Order by phone dont go in expecting a smile or gratitude.😱👽

I don’t like this place because of the customer service there.Mind you I ordered here three times before this incident. One day I ordered from this place and the lay was beyond rude she had an attitude and was very disrespectful but I ordered anyways.She then called me back 30 minutes later and said “we don’t deliver where you live” and I said “ but I ordered from this place before and was no problem” then she hung up the phone.My message to her is if you don’t like your job don’t work there and do project your anger towards the customers because at the end of the day we pay you.

They only deliver if you are 10mins from the restaurant👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿I live 13 mins away lol

Ordered a pizza at 11:30 from a hotel less than a mile away. The lady did not provide an ETA. An hour and a half later I call to see where my pizza is and she says the delivery driver is on the way. Another 20 minutes and I get a call from the place where all I can hear is something about pizza and then they hang up. I call back and wait on hold for 5 minutes to tell them I got a missed call and she says oh ya the delivery driver is almost there. When I finally got it there was no dipping sauce and it was cold. Don’t waste your time and order from dominos or something. I was starving and had to stay up way past my bedtime to wait on cold overpriced nasty pizza.

We’ve ordered from them several times I must say that over the years their customer service is terrible I believe that bad service started once they started hiring outside of family the females that answer are ghetto as hell u will definitely be missing items from ur order if they’re working there have been times where the food comes warm and I’ve sent it back and they had to recook it and send it out by another driver the owner is pretty cool he owns up to the mistakes made by his team and will give credits/refunds etc I just wish he’d go back to running his business like he did before with family only it was MUCH better

Wish I read the reviews. NO PIZZA PLACE SHOULD SELL shrimp poboy. Nastiest sandwich ever. Who the hell cooks tomatoes and lettuce. It’s supposed to be cold. Then they put cheese on it 🙄🙄🙄. Also ordered a 2 liter Pepsi and got tea and I’m allergic to tea. Tried to send back with driver anD he refused. Don’t order save yourself the upset

The food was great and I received it almost 20 minutes early and when something was out they called me immediately so that I can choose something else. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

Although it was delivered on time, one sandwich was cold, bread was crusty and toppings were added that were not listed nor requested. The fries were missing from the order but charged for. Over all it was not good.
